The Fringe Skirt: Your New Best Friend | Sympli

Oooh! I love myself some fringe! The movement it offers is so pretty and fun, it’s always a pleasure to wear. That’s why I gravitated towards Sympli’s fabulous Fringe Maxi Skirt.

Sympli Fringe Maxi Skirt

I toted this with me on my recent trip to Barbados as  I knew that everything by Sympli travels beautifully (no wrinkling at all – amazing). This skirt is both lady-like and sexy, with its form-fitting maxi-length. The 12 inches of fringe at the bottom of the skirt is giving me life!!! The swishiness factor and the way it catches the wind when I move makes this a showstopper.  Unexpected twists like the fringe detail of this super comfortable skirt has made it a go-to in my wardrobe.

My poor sister. I chucked a mini coconut at her and it hit her in the arm #PerilsOfPhotography #SorryErika

I wore this skirt for a family get-together at my grandparents home. Its light, stretchy jersey fabric was comfortable enough for the beautiful tropical weather. I also love myself a high-waist, and this skirt delivers. It’s perfect in every way – highlighting your curves and simultaneously giving you curves you didn’t even know you had.

How To Style A Fringe Skirt

Pairing it with a low-cut bodysuit elevated the skirt to happy hour status. After the get together, we “stumbled” upon a few rum punches and enjoyed the stunning Barbadian sunset.

My mom loved this Sympli skirt so much but wondered what else I could wear it with. I told her that so far, I paired it with a loose chambray shirt, a basic white t-shirt half tucked in at the waist and it looked awesome with a boyfriend blazer that I scored on sale. Don’t be afraid of that fringe…embrace it and sashay around with pride! If you’re near the Caribbean Sea too, try running through the surf with this skirt on. SO. MUCH. FUN. ;o)

Check out Sympli online to find a retailer near you. Trust me – you need this skirt in your life! In true Sympli Style, all of their offerings are made with pride in Vancouver, BC, are of the highest quality and flatter all shapes and sizes. I opted to size down in my skirt for a sleek look, but all of Sympli’s styles skim the body to give you the best, most comfortable silhouette.

Sympli can be found on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube (great videos)!

This is so chic yet so fun! You could easily dress this up for a swanky event but it’s cool for a causal kick back. The gold choker is minimal and so cute on you.
