In the blink of an eye, it’s summer. And I’m thrilled about it. It gives me great pleasure to pack the boots and mittens away, and haul out the shorts and bikinis.
As the city comes to life thanks to the sunny warmth, I find myself walking my usual 8K from my office to the downtown core and enjoying every second of it. I walk my little heart out, while taking in the heady scents of the lilacs in bloom, the sing-songiness of birds flying overhead and thank my lucky stars to be able to enjoy this.

My heart and brain are happy and so are my feet. For my walk, I opted for my Geox Nimat Sneakers. Incredibly cushy and breathable, they make me feel like I’m walking on clouds. They also make me feel pretty cool, especially with their black perforated leather with golden mirror panels peeking through. How cool is that?
I plan on rocking these at our largest music festival this summer, RBC Bluesfest, which will take place in a few weeks. I cannot wait to actually be comfortable while rocking out to my fave bands!
