On this special day, the sun came out in mid-January, the temperature “soared” above zero and the city came alive. When this happens, I take the opportunity to come out of hibernation and enjoy the fun things the city has to offer.
It was the perfect day to walk around the Glebe with Ryan while enjoying warm apple cider and Beavertails – a well-loved Canadian treat (think of a big, flat, cinnamon and sugar donut).
Lately, I’ve been crushing on effortless outfits that are easy to put together but look great. Life is busy, but I hate letting style fall to the wayside! Cue the minimalist camel coat I’m obsessed with, black turtlenecks and cropped flares that I’ve been pairing with everything.
For my birthday, I treated myself to this preloved Louis Vuitton Carryall that has been the workhorse of my wardrobe lately. It seems like I’m always hauling a ton of stuff around, be it to photo shoots or to the gym. This lovely, classic and roomy bag has been the answer to my pack mule prayers.
Also, the classic Louis Vuitton print goes with everything, and looked particularly amazing with the camel coat. Tucked away in the Carryall is my beloved Gucci Dionysus Bag. Hey – when you can’t decide what bag to use, bring both. Amirite? More is more, after all!
