Barbiecore – Bar·bee·core (noun): a bright, vibrant, 80s-inspired trend defined by a very particular color pink, honouring Mattel’s beloved doll, Barbie.

As pink is my second favourite colour right after black, you better believe I hopped right on this universally flattering, feminine shade. Here are some of my favourite Barbiecore looks to inspire you this fall season.
To nail the Barbiecore aesthetic, opt for that amazing hot pink colour that everyone associates with our beloved “Barbie”. That being said, bubblegum pink, fuchsia and anything pink and sparkly can also encompass this vibe.
Lastly, 80s fashion is a key part of this trend too. Flared pants, mini-skirts, holographic looks, jelly shoes, you name it. If it spans the decades from the 80s to the oughts, you’re good!
