Haircare

Gisou Honey-Infused Hair Oil

I have been dying to try Negin Mirsalehi’s Gisou Honey-Infused Hair Oil since it debuted. In fact, during my last trip to NYFW, we travelled across NYC to attend the launch but didn’t have enough time to stick around! This light oil is perfect for sealing your hair after moisturizing, taming flyaways, preventing damage and smells like heaven.

Dyson Airwrap Styler

The Dyson Airwrap Styler is a GAMECHANGER. You have not experienced real volume until using this gentle air tool. Skeptical? Watch my YouTube review – still stunned at the results. Worth every last red cent.

Skincare

Tata Harper Resurfacing BHA Glow Mask

You guys know I live for skincare, so I wait all year for these sales to scoop up my favourites.

A real winner is Tata Harper Resurfacing Mask. It leaves your skin glowy and soft, and reduces the look of pores. This mask is particularly great for dry and combination skin. It’s a bit of an investment, so its great that a little goes a long way.

REN Steady Glow Daily AHA Toner

This time of year, with indoor heating and dry cold conditions, skin can get a tad sallow. Give it a boost with REN Steady Glow Daily AHA Toner. It gently exfoliates and brightens skin without leaving it feeling tight and dry. Safe for all skin types, and contains lactic acid – great for smoothing skin.

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Cleanser

I love all things Dermalogica, and I will never, ever be without my Microfoliant. This rice-based powder exfoliator lathers a little when you add water, and gently exfoliates skin. No irritation just rock solid glow game.

La Mer The Cleasing Oil

This gentle precleansing oil easily melts off makeup, washes off cleanly and leaves your skin soft and supple. Since I incorporated The Cleansing Oil into my skincare regime, I use way less of my precious SkinMedica Facial Cleanser and AlumierMD Purifying Gel Cleanser. It also is GORGEOUS to look at. Trust La Mer to add crushed pearls to their skincare.

La Mer The Cleansing Gel

Speaking of great cleansers, La Mer The Cleansing Gel is AWESOME. Use after The Cleansing Oil for fresh, completely clean skin that isn’t left dry or taught. Highly effective at removing makeup and impurities. It’s pricey at $130…but hey – SEPHORA HOLIDAY SALE!

Makeup

Sephora is known for its endless makeup selection, so I thought I’d save this biggie of a category for last.

Aerin Rose Lip Conditioner

When I opened up my last Sephora Sale order back in the spring, I received a small sample of the Aerin Rose Lip Conditioner. I was obsessed after using it once. It is creamy, gives lips the perfect hint of pink and is immensely hydrating. Many lip balms are waxy and make lips peel (terrible!!), but this one doesn’t. I ordered four because…EFFECTIVE.

Anything Ilia

This is hands-down, a favourite clean beauty brand. Ilia Beauty is inclusive, clean and the products WORK. The multi-purpose Illuminators are perfect highlighters and are buildable thanks to their handy, creamy stick form.

The Limitless Lash Lengthening Mascara is one of the best out there (makes lashes miles long, isn’t clumpy, doesn’t flake, doesn’t make lashes hard and crusty).

The Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 not only gives a just the right amount of coverage, it leaves skin glowy, protected from the sun, and contains niacinamide – a proven acne fighter (niacinamide cleared my acne-prone skin right up).

The Color Block High Impact Lipsticks are creamy, give major colour pay-off and don’t even get me started on the Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oils. If they were human, I’d marry them. Hydrating, glossy, gorgeous.

Urban Decay Naked Cherry Palette

One of the most flattering and useful eyeshadow palettes out there. The Urban Decay Cherry Palette features 12 cherry-toned colours which will provide beautiful eye looks. This palette has a great balance of mattes, metallics and shimmers.

Lancôme Juicy Tubes

An all-time favourite, Lancôme mercifully brought back Juicy Tubes in an array of fun colours such as Hello Cherry, Birthday Confetti and the BEST, Marshmallow Electro. This updated formula offers up the glossiest shine ever without the gluey, sticky factor they used to be known for.

BareMinerals The Original Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15

For a powder foundation, this gives incredible coverage. It’s easy to use, comes in a huge array of colours and is light and airy.

I don’t know what’s in The Original Foundation, but it gives skin a wonderful glow (it is not shimmery). It’s also an Allure Magazine Reader’s Choice Award Winner ten years in a row now. Love how my skin got better after using this.

Fenty Beauty Diamond Bomb All-Over Diamond Veil

My bestie Katrina got me hooked on Fenty Beauty Diamond Bomb last New Year’s Eve. She rolled up to the party looking like a sparkling diamond and I NEEDED THAT IN MY LIFE. I immediately nabbed the glittering How Many Carats colour.

When the Cognac Brandy colour was released (a perfect coppery sparkle), I scooped it up. Warning: these are NOT for the faint of heart. If you don’t want to look like a glittering fairy princess, use a light hand. I will often use on the brow bone and on my décolletage.

Hope you enjoyed the list! Be sure to let me know in the comments all the goodies you snagged!
