With one of the craziest (and longest) winters wrapping up, I thought now would be a great time to take stock. I’m thinking a lot about life and how to slow down a bit and enjoy it more. I couldn’t think of a better time to sit and reflect a bit…
Enjoying: a little breather from running around doing bloggy stuff

Wearing: an old Tiffany & Co. necklace that I totally forgot about, yet adore
Making: some lists to get better organized
Cooking: cauliflower rice with coriander, feta and pomegranate
Drinking: water (I’m so boring!)
Feeling: a little stressed after driving in some terrible traffic

Looking: at the total dreariness which is the Ottawa landscape right now. Spring…where are you?
Wishing: for six months off…six months of sleeping in!
Liking: my new “Venus” S’well bottle. So pretty!
Waiting: for spring to get here, dammit!
Snacking: on a Granny Smith apple
Coveting: a dove grey Diorama bag I saw a stylish girl toting around. WOW.
Hearing: a person wondering aloud about the terrible weather
Learning: to take it a little slower and live in the present a little more
Loving: the Golden Girls which I downloaded on iTunes. Freaking hilarious.
Watching: way too much basketball with my husband
Admiring: my terrarium full of pretty succulents
Getting: a pair of earrings from Tiffany & Co. as a reward for achieving some goals
Wondering: about which plants I should buy for the garden this spring
Playing: with a pen cap while I type
Noticing: that my skin looks so much better than this time last year
Giggling: at my husband’s terrible singing in the shower
Bookmarking: the Club Monaco website – this season’s stuff is SO GOOD
Deciding: on which new handbag to get
Hoping: that someone will bring me a few Oreos
Contemplating: some fresh flowers for the house
Wanting: these Manolo Blahniks
Thinking: about Jonesy – my cat friend
Knowing: that tonight’s pizza dinner at my mother-in-law’s will be great
Opening: the Instagram app to see how my last pic did. LOL!
Feeling: warm and cozy
Marveling: at the list of fun blog posts I have lined up!
