London, England…my birth place and favourite city on Earth. I love everything about London. From its rich cultural history, stunning architecture, awesome music and fashion, I cannot say enough great things about it. I love London so much, and feel such a connection to my home city, that I even love its perpetually dreary weather. I find it endearing.
So, imagine how pumped I was to hear that one of Ottawa’s best annual parties is featuring a “London” theme for 2016! BASH is back and this year’s theme is London Calls…so grab your heels and hold on to your bowlers, because this party promises to deliver.
Bash2016 will take place on June 10th this year at Lansdowne’s beautiful Horticulture Building. Expect great live entertainment, fine food, a variety of performances and one helluva party. Last year’s Bashnoir was so much fun that I stayed right until the very end and danced my feet off. In fact, they still hurt.
The best part of Bash2016 is that it benefits The Snowsuit Fund, an organization which provides snowsuits to children in need within the Ottawa community. During the 2013-2014 season, The Snowsuit Fund distributed over 16,000 new snowsuits to children in need.
