If you’ve been keeping up with my YouTube channel, you will already know that the products you use play a huge role in the health and overall look of your tresses.
With my hair journey, I’ve discovered a lot of great products (and not so great ones) that have really help me achieve great hair health and length. With the incorporation of more natural oils and good quality deep conditioners, my hair has gone from dry and damaged to thick, shiny and healthy.
A drawback of heavy moisturizers and oils is how they can sometimes leave your hair looking a little limp. I’ve been using the TRESemmé BEAUTY-FULL Volume Collection for the past couple of weeks to see if I can boost my hair’s volume while still keeping it healthy and moisturized.
Well, I have to say I’m pretty happy with the results! TRESemmé’s collection uses the revolutionary Reverse System, where you use the pre-wash conditioner before washing to soften and hydrate hair. Afterwards, you wash out the conditioner using the Volume Shampoo and then style with the Volume and Softness Hair Maximizer.
I was pretty amazed at the results! My hair felt really soft and manageable, and the volume I achieved was amazing. I’ve been happily rocking big, sexy waves all weekend!
Use 2-3 pumps of the pre-wash conditioner on your wet or damp hair. Let sit for one minute and then rinse out. I admit, I let the pre-wash conditioner soak into my hair for 30 minutes. Leaving the pre-wash conditioner in your hair for a few minutes smoothes the hair cuticle to protects during washing. The effect is smooth, silky, polished hair!
I then lathered up my hair focusing on the roots using Step 2 of the process – the Volume Shampoo. Dry and style your hair as you normally would and voilà! Shiny, bouncy hair! I truly was amazed at how well my hair held it’s style all weekend!
You can find the TRESemmé BEAUTY-FULL Volume Collection at your local drugstore or grocery store. You can also visit www.tresemme.ca for more info.
So, go ahead and give it try – your hair will thank you!
